One undifferentiated "impact" number tells you nothing. Each figure below carries a definition, a period and an attribution status: generated, influenced, booked or client-reported.

What we do not claim: no guaranteed revenue, no fabricated dates, no vanity metrics presented as pipeline. Funded deals and closed revenue stay with your process: we book the room.

The problem it solves

What an empty calendar
costs a good firm

The usual path is the expensive one

Referrals dry up in cycles. An SDR hire costs salary, tooling and 3–6 months to ramp. Most agencies sell lists or volume with no definition of a qualified meeting. The result: pipeline that arrives when it wants to.

The alternative

A system that produces a predictable number of qualified conversations each week, whose every number you can audit. In markets where the first responder wins a large share of deals, speed to the buyer is the edge: that's what this builds.

Outcome definition

What counts as qualified

Written down with you before anything sends. A meeting is qualified when it fits all five gates: we report the fit rate every week.

01identity
right company, right person
02trigger
a dated reason to talk
03fit
segment, size, sector
04authority
decision-maker or influence
05contactable
verified, deliverable address

Counts as a result

A reply that becomes a held meeting with a person who fits the written spec: segment, size, authority and a dated reason. Every week: sent, replies, qualified conversations, meetings booked, pipeline value.

Does not count

An opened email. A "we're not interested but thanks". A call with someone outside your spec. Rows in a list. We are not a lead-list service and we don't report vanity metrics as pipeline.

Method

How the system runs

Five gates, in order. Everything downstream depends on what passed upstream: which is why the qualification spec comes first and nothing sends until you approve it.

01

Write the qualification spec with you

Your offer, pricing and buyers, written as rules: segment, sector, size, geography, deal threshold. You approve it before anything sends.

Output: a written spec.
02

Track the public triggers

Filings, permits, hiring, expansions, renewals, compliance deadlines: the events that create a reason to act now, monitored daily per segment.

Output: a live pipeline with a dated reason per account.
03

Build verified lists on separate infrastructure

Verified contacts, sent from domains and mailboxes dedicated to your tenant. Deliverability is documented and auditable: not a shared pool.

Output: 300–500 verified contacts per segment; bounce under 3%.
04

Send sequences that earn replies

Trigger-led copy, 50–125 words, one low-commitment ask, every email referencing the event. Follow-ups add angles, not pressure.

Output: 5-touch sequences per angle, checked before send.
05

Answer in minutes, book the meeting

Replies handled within minutes during business hours: the window that decides who wins. We qualify against your spec, then put it on your calendar.

Output: booked conversations and a weekly report you can audit.

Case study

Kensington Media House -
80 calls in 18 days

The client · email marketing

"80 booked calls in 18 days."

Conor Sunderland, co-founder. The system produced 80 qualified conversations on the calendar in 18 days, and the client attributes +$60K in monthly recurring revenue over the following 6 months.

Client-reported · recorded in the interview below

The client · Amazon seller software

"Brought in $100,000 in 12 months."

Abir Syed, co-founder of UpCounting. Revenue the client attributes to the channel over 12 months, on track past $300K. Reported by the client, not by us.

Client-reported · recorded in the interview below

These are client-reported outcomes, published with their definition and attribution. We publish nothing as a single anonymous "impact" number.

Free tool · campaign builder

Build a sample campaign
on your market.

Answer four questions. We show real companies we would target, live from our enriched base — names, titles, firmographics — plus the actual emails. Free. Your work email unlocks it, so we can talk after.

No PII, no spam. The campaign goes to this email and we follow up once.

Show me the system

Every week,
you get the report.

Not a dashboard you can't verify. A plain report of what ran, who replied, what booked, and what we'd change: every number traceable to a campaign, a list, a reply.

Sample layout. Real reports carry real numbers, "last updated", sample size and a link to the source data.

Timeline you can hold us to

Scope, ownership,
dependencies

Day 7
Spec + sources live

Qualification spec agreed. Trigger sources running. List building started.

Day 15
Campaigns live

Infrastructure, sequences, first 300–500 verified contacts in flow.

Day 30–45
First conversations

Replies handled in minutes. Booked meetings begin landing on your calendar.

Day 60–90
Steady state

8–15 qualified conversations a month, held meetings, pipeline reported.

Quarter 2
Renewal + case study

Your first won account becomes the proof that sharpens everything.

We own

Research, lists, infrastructure, sequences, reply handling, reporting, meeting booking.

You own

The spec (approve it), the meetings (hold them), and your offer (we can't fix a weak one). Volume is sized to the capacity you can actually hold.

What can go wrong

Risks, stated -
and how they're controlled

What could set you back

Time-to-first-meeting (30–45 days is normal). Deliverability that depends on reputation built over the first weeks. Regulated verticals need script review. If your team can't hold the meetings, volume gets wasted.

What we commit instead

Defined launch gates before campaigns scale, a weekly report you can audit, transparent attribution, stop/repair rules when something underperforms, and a replacement client within the month if one is lost. Not an unbounded revenue guarantee: we don't sell those.

Fit

  • ✓Technical B2B service; one win repays the quarter
  • ✓Buyers reachable by email with public triggers
  • ✓Capacity to hold the meetings we book

Non-fit

  • ×Unproven, pre-revenue offers
  • ×Markets that can't be reached by cold email
  • ×Buyers who want guarantees we can't honestly give

Objections, answered

The questions buyers ask
before a $25–50K decision

Will my domain reputation be hurt?
No: that's the point of separate infrastructure. Each tenant gets its own domains and mailboxes; SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reverse DNS are documented and auditable. Warm-up is staged and monitored before scale.
Is this just a lead-list service?
No. Lists are the commodity that burned this industry. We run the whole system: triggers, verified contacts, infrastructure, sequences, reply handling, booking: and a meeting only counts if it fits the written spec.
Is cold email legal in my industry?
Commercial B2B cold email in the US sits under CAN-SPAM (accurate headers, clear opt-out, physical address): not consumer consent rules. We script-review regulated verticals, never imply approvals, and honour opt-outs immediately.
How fast will I see meetings?
First conversations typically land between day 30 and 45: infrastructure and warm-up come first. We show the launch gates on the timeline and report against them.
What if replies outrun my team?
Then we talk about volume. The engine is sized to your capacity. This is a recurring contract we want for years, not a spike we want to churn you on.
How do you attribute what I close?
Transparently and conservatively. We report booked meetings and pipeline value; revenue attribution stays yours. We distinguish generated, influenced and client-reported: never one blended number.

Investment

Typical builds: $25K–$50K
per quarter.

Scoped after the diagnostic call, not before it. What moves the number: number of segments, send volume, custom trigger sources, compliance review, and reply-handling load. 20% deposit on signature, 90-day minimum, renew quarterly.

Prefer to talk now?

Book a 30-minute Google Meet - we diagnose your economics live.

Before the call

You'll get one relevant case study and a one-page diagram of the system. The call agenda: your ICP, economics, deliverability, qualification bar: and whether a build is justified.

Not a fit?

We tell you on the call and point you to who is. The site sells a qualified conversation and a decision: not a checkout.
